Parineeti Chopra has been away from the paps for a while now and that is because she was in London shooting for her next film. Parineeti spent almost two months in London shooting for the remake of Hollywood thriller The Girl on the Train which is adapted from the good the the same title. The Hollywood version stars Emily Blunt and this put a lot of pressure and expectations on Parineeti. But she rose to the occasion and is back from Europe after wrapping up the film.
Landing last night in Mumbai, Parineeti got emotional and shared a heartfelt message on her social media, talking about her experience of shooting for the film. The actress posted, “So I leave London after 7 weeks, finishing The Girl On The Train. Words fail me. Feelings overwhelm me. This is a film that has for the first time stayed with me after I’ve finished it. A character that will live inside me permanently. I miss her. I miss playing her. I feel like I’ve grown up. I feel so much. But most of all, I feel grateful. Life changing, in an understatement..”
The Girl on the Train also stars Aditi Rao Hydari and Kirit Kulhari and is stated to release next year.
