Recently, it was announced that Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi and Kabir Khan’s ’83 will be releasing in theatres at the end of the year. While Sooryavanshi is slated for a Diwali release, ’83 is looking to hit the screens during Christmas. However apart from these two films, it seems like Prabhu Deva’s Radhe too is gearing up for a release this year.
A leading daily reports that the makers of Salman Khan’s Radhe are planning a Diwali release for the action flick. It seems that Salman Khan, who currently is in quarantine with his family at his Panvel farmhouse, will be looking to return to Mumbai in the coming days to supervise the post-production work of his upcoming film. When the director Prabhu Deva was asked about the status of the film’s shoot, he said, “The shooting is almost complete. We just have a bit of shooting left. This we will take care of after the lockdown is called off in Mumbai. So yeah, in the meanwhile the post-production work will be on.” When asked if Radhe will release for Diwali, the filmmaker stated, “I won’t be able to comment on that. It’s up to Salman and Arbaaz.”
