Varun Dhawan was tested COVID-19 positive in December last year. The actor was amidst a shoot and hence his recovery was really crucial for the entire team of the film. Varun Dhawan despite being down with the novel coronavirus took to yoga while he was quarantined, to make sure he gets his immunity back. Today he has shared a video on Instagram where we see him doing some exercises which don’t need any weights or gym equipment. He’s seen doing something called ‘animal floor’ which involves a lot of stretching and crawling on the floor which helps the body to boost immunity. Varun Dhawan’s exercise video is truly helpful for netizens worldwide, as things which boost immunity are needed in these tough times.

Varun Dhawan often shares videos and pictures of his workouts. The actor is said to be tying the knot this weekend with his childhood sweetheart Natasha Dalal and the ceremony will take place in Alibaug with a small reception with limited guests keeping the new-normal protocol in mind.
