Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor and Nora Fatehi will soon share the screen in Remo D’Souza’s Street Dancer 3D. The trailer has already got everyone excited for the dance bonanza that the film promises to be. While preparing for the dance sequences in the film must have even hard enough on its own, it seems like the film’s leading stars had to also shoot in extreme climatic conditions.
A report in a leading daily suggests that to shoot a romantic number, Lagdi Lahore Di in Remo D’Souza’s dance drama, Varun, Shraddha and Nora shot atop the O2 arena in London, which was freezing under sub-zero temperatures. Also, the fact that they had only six hours to shoot there and had to use ropes to climb further added to the task. Remo informed the daily, “With two hours gone in climbing up and getting down, we had only four hours to complete our shoot. Since only a limited number of people could go, Varun and Shraddha even carried camera equipment.”
After fighting the cold, the cast headed to Dunsfold Aerodrome in Surrey and then to Dubai which was scorching hot at 48 degrees. Shares Remo, “They had to wear the same costumes as the UK shoot even though the weather changed drastically. By the time we wrapped up the song in Bollywood Park in Dubai, the entire crew had fallen sick.”
Well, we can’t wait to see how all the handwork comes off on the big screen now.
